Welcome to Pawgloo! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pawgloo platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): By using Pawgloo, you agree to follow our community guidelines, use our services responsibly, and respect other pet parents and service providers on the platform. We're building a safe, trusted community for pets and their humans.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of Pawgloo's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Pawgloo. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Services

Pawgloo provides a platform that connects pet owners with:

• Play Dates: AI-powered compatibility matching for pet social interactions
• Tele-Vet: Online veterinary consultations
• Dog Walkers: Verified and background-checked dog walking professionals
• Petbnb: Pet boarding and hosting services
• Pet Stylists: Grooming and styling services

Pawgloo acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly provide veterinary, walking, boarding, or grooming services.

3. User Accounts

A. Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

B. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Pawgloo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

4. User Conduct

When using Pawgloo, you agree to:

• Treat all users, pets, and service providers with respect
• Provide accurate information about your pets, including breed, temperament, and health status
• Follow all applicable local laws and regulations
• Not misuse, abuse, or exploit the platform or other users

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our systems

5. Service Provider Terms

If you register as a service provider (vet, walker, stylist, or Petbnb host), you additionally agree to:

• Maintain all required licenses and certifications
• Provide services in a professional and safe manner
• Carry appropriate insurance coverage
• Respond to bookings and communications in a timely manner

6. Payments & Fees

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Service fees and pricing are displayed before you confirm a booking
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type and are displayed at the time of booking
• Pawgloo may charge a platform fee for facilitating transactions

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Pawgloo platform belong to Pawgloo Technologies Private Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Pawgloo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any services provided by third-party service providers on the platform

9. Termination

Pawgloo may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your conduct poses a risk to other users, pets, or service providers
• Required by law or regulation

You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
